Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover tri-tip thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the bell pepper, onion, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add the garlic and stir-fry for another minute.
  • Stir in the sliced leftover tri-tip and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss everything together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.

  • Feel free to swap in any vegetables you have on hand, such as mushrooms or carrots.
